**Job Description & Requirements**:
**Responsibilites**
- Answer and attend to incoming calls
- Assist callers with vaccination appointment scheduling and all vaccination related queries
- Manage and resolve queries, as well as to provide accurate information to callers
- Manage large number of calls timely and effectively
- Identify and escalate complex problems/ to supervisors or senior agents for follow-up
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Call Centre Senior Agents or Supervisors
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Customer Service/Call Centre will be an added advantage
- Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, reliable and responsible
- Adaptable and fast learners
- Comfortable with accessing and checking various IT Systems.
- Able to work shift duties and weekends when required
