**Position Summary**:
Based in Singapore, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the TA lead, sits as part of a global Talent Acquisition Team, and be responsible for Talent Acquisition Lifecycle across the SHEIN SEA market, with a strong focus on our Singapore Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes;
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

**Job Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, within top-tier tech/e-commerce companies or headhunting experience;
- Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques;
- Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals;
- Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility;
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines;
