We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Executive, Retail Marketing and CRM, fully responsible for driving, managing and executing of retail marketing & e-tailer activations & CRM within Singapore to build the Fresh brand through engaging experiences and activations to recruit, nurture and retain the guests. This role will report to the Singapore Marketing Manager.
A highly personable personality is key for the success to be the bridge of the brand with retailers, brand retail team and internal stakeholders. Understanding of how to optimise channel growth and development through consumer engagement and data is key.
This role reports to the Singapore Marketing Manager.

**Primary Functions and Responsibilities**:
Retail Marketing Activation
- Champion, develop, manage and execute the retail strategy for Fresh in Singapore through retail calendar planning support campaigns and trade promotions by door/retailers.
- Develop and implement channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships, consumer activations, hospitality, and retail collaterals.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging, impactful mall and store activations.
- Plan and execute retail activations to drive consumer excitement and engagement
- Curate competitive in-store mechanics base on consumer spending behaviours and past campaign results, while balancing costs and profits.
- Track and analyze stores’ sales performance and KPIs, adjust and provide additional support when necessary.
- Track and review campaign performance - ensure objectives were met and make necessary changes when needed.
- Be the key marketing liaison for channel partners for Singapore.
- Manage all in-store print collaterals and activation tools.
- Prepare and consolidate CRM reports for local, regional and global reporting.
- Implement Door-by-Door plan for events and promotions; focusing efforts in key doors.
- Responsible for budget management for the retail & CRM marketing.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and retail team to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
- Lead in GWP strategy, creation and operations.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to create branded lifestyle gifts. Ensure final products meet brand guidelines and standard of quality.

Retailer Marketing
- Manage and execute the retailer marketing calendar by planning with launches online, trade promotions by door/retailers.
- Develop and implement a channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships, and consumer activations.
- Execute seamless concerted O-2-O strategies and communication executions from collaterals and artworks for social channels usage.
- Communicate effectively with all e-tailer channel partners and internal stakeholder to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
- Drive bi-annual business review discussions
- Provide assets for online communications and product listings.
- Manage and arrange GWPs, samples and internal communications (eDM & SMS) for retailer events.
- Partner with supply chain team on product creations for exclusive retailer sets, ensure timely creation and delivery to retailers
- Track and analyze campaign results for subsequent optimizations.
