**What you will be working on**
- Team Nila is a National Movement to inspiring the Singapore Spirit and Transform Singapore through Sport. Comprehensive strategic plans need to be developed in order to engage, enrich and empower Team Nila effectively to be the positive driving force in the community.
This role is responsible for developing the capabilities of Team Nila volunteers and curate a Learning and Growth pathway to further value-add volunteers and partners.
Role and Responsibilities:

- To identify capabilities outcomes in the 5 Giving Platforms
- To conduct training needs analysis with relevant stakeholders
- To establish the training concept and framework
- To develop the training curriculum including assessment plan and feedback
- To communicate with stakeholders on the training plan
- To schedule and implement the training programme
- To develop Team Nila Learning and Growth framework as an annual workplan
- To plan and work within the operating budget to provide quality training to maximise training benefit to Team Nila
- To regularly review and analysis, and initiate ideas to improve training effectiveness and maintain relevancy
- To develop, manage and provide online courses and programs to learn through SportSG Learning Management System
- To establish and setup CPR/AED public accredited training centre
- To nurture CPR/AED certified instructors community made up of Team Nila to provide training to Team Nila, partners and stakeholders
- To conceptualize and deliver safety related training programs for Team Nila

- A general degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in volunteer management
- Good knowledge of government procurement policies, processes and procedures
- Experience in curriculum development and training
- Strong Project management, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities
- Experience in planning and financial management
- Able to shape behaviour and influence desired outcome
- Able to lead and work well in teams, multi-task and adapt to change
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently
- Able to engage and communicate with people from diverse social economic backgrounds, different ethnic groups and demography
- Dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence
