**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support BU and SU in anti-money-laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML-CFT) for cards portfolio
- Review and obtain proper approvals on KYC and CDD performed by BU/SU for personal and commercial cards
- To ensure KYC and CDD are performed according to the bank’s policies and guidelines
- Conduct ongoing reviews for existing customers in line with policies and procedures
- Operate within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards
- Conduct and approve ad-hoc and monthly credit balance refund in line with regulation
- Support BU in customer exit/retention handling due to AML concerns
- Review suspicious transactions and filing of unusual activities report as required
- To support reporting manager/team in matters relating to control, audit findings, compliance, regulatory mandates and adhoc projects to streamline processes
- To support BU and SU in Operational Risk reportingConduct AML training for the business unit

**Job Requirements**:

- A tertiary degree with 2-3 years’ experience in KYC process
- Minimum 1-2 year working experience in clients onboarding.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with legislation on Banking Act (Credit Card & Charge Card Regulations) and MAS Notice 626
- Willingness to learn on the job
