**About the Department**:
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input line of credit and terms & conditions into respective base systems.
- Update collateral data and lodge contractuals documents into CDMS for checker’s authorization.
- Update facility details in PLCE, CDMS, FLMS system for checker’s authorization.
- Sort legal/non legal correspondences & incoming documents and hand over to officers for compliance checkings and follow up.
- Prepare memo/HP agreements for operational use purposes.
- Follow up with Busines units & dealers on Hire Purchase matters.
- Assist officers in retrieving files or information relating to credit queries.
- General administration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma from a recognized polytechnic.
- Preferably with experience in credit control and in retail loan operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications especially in Excel and Word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
