We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yoursThe Opportunity- We are looking for an upbeat individual with a results-oriented spirit and proven track record of success selling to enterprises The Enterprise Account Manager participates in target account planning on existing commercial and public sector accounts across the South-East Asia region, development of presentations and sales propositions, negotiates pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. This is a perfect opportunity to take on a sales role in a rapidly growing tech company- What you’ll do-
- Introductory customer meetings and presenting on Adobe Digital Media products and technologies and the benefits of various Adobe licensing programs.-
- Identify upgrade and upsell opportunities with customers’ C level decision makers and own the end to end sales cycle.-
- You will work closely with other Adobe teams including solution consultants, marketing, license management, deal desk, legal and finance.-
- Acquire and maintain a top-line understanding of the general market & competition.-
- Develop, document and maintain account sales strategies and plans whilst meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets across a pre-defined number of territories on a quarterly/yearly basis.-
- Ensure that all pipeline is updated within SFDC and to maintain pipeline hygiene at all times.-
- Maintain a cordial relationship with key clients and prospects to ensure that Adobe is considered a business partner of choice and to identify business opportunities as they arise.-
- Work with key industry partners in and across SEA to drive awareness and mindshare for Adobe.-
- Be a leader in the evolution in the use of digital content.-
- Engage with customers at a senior level to evangelize Adobe’s technology solutions.What you'll need to succeed-
- 5-7 years field sales experience in the IT sector-
- Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business/Computer Science or similar-
- Overachievement of sales performance year on year-
- Deep understanding of the market, and executive level relationships with key customers across a broad portfolio of industries.-
- Proven track record engaging in value-based customer centric conversations, and leading a defined enterprise sales process-
- High exposure to Adobe and competitive technologies-
- Must have demonstrable ability of prospecting/cold-calling, account building and maintenance, and closing sales opportunities-
- Must have confidence developing relationships with senior business executives and management of major corporations-
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively lead various tasks and projects and handle competing priorities-
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills are required-
- Excellence in business ethics and integrity-
- Great teammate and comfortable working with a geographically distributed team-
- Experience in selling into large Enterprises in Thailand and/or Vietnam-
