**Location**:Singapore / Hong Kong / Malaysia

**Responsibilities**:

- Quota carrying with responsibility for driving services sales, focusing primarily on managed services/CPaaS/SaaS sales.
- Be able to present solution portfolio, key capabilities, and overall value-proposition.
- Work with the country sales managers to analyze, then position AudioCodes Services.
- Work in conjunction with SE’s and solution architects to customize techno-commercial solution as per client needs.
- Meet and engage intensively with the account CIO and IT Team to identify opportunities at said account.
- Tailoring and customizing managed service offers.
- Engaging global and local SI’s/partners for managed service delivery.
- Work closely with AudioCodes Global Services Solutions organizations to translate customer needs into customer facing statements of work and proposals.
- Engage at multiple levels within AudioCodes accounts to identify areas of opportunity to position solutions including design and deployment activities, whiteboard sessions, simple and complex deployment projects.
- Create and provide updates, informational tools and collateral that assist the sales and account managers in selling AudioCodes solutions and professional services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 10+ years outside UC/CC experience, preferably in a global system integrator environment. Consulting (Technical Presales) for Microsoft technologies, telephony, voice, UC, and Conference Room space system transformation projects in APAC region.
- Ability to combine technical expertise with business and sales experience to position AudioCodes Services, deliver business value to AudioCodes customers.
- Proven experience working in conjunction with in-country teams across APAC. Work with BDMs and sales team to formulate account plan for nominated potential customers.
- Act as a technical and solution authority for assigned customers by leveraging the AudioCodes Live solution portfolio.
- Evangelize Microsoft and AudioCodes solutions from a technical perspective that helps transform businesses, solve business problems with technology and helping develop customer responses by conducting consultant led workshops/DEMOs, formulating RFI/RFP responses, design related documentation, product updates and industry/competitive analysis.
- Proven success in a similar position within an organization generating $10Mn+ revenue.
- Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships.
- Able to assess and allocate out potential sales opportunities and develop complex value propositions
- Experience working with NTT, OBS, BT, DXC, Accenture, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Genesys, Microsoft, Ribbon Communications, other vendors, or their SI partners.
- Advanced negotiation and selling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferable technical). An MBA would be an advantage.
- Excellent English, verbal, and written communications skills.
