About the Role
The Business Manager will be responsible to drive growth in the Affluent and High Net Worth (AHNW) business through TD Sales Force. He/she will implement initiatives, sales & promotion activities, to grow the Affluent & HNW business and the number of Personal Wealth Managers for the HNW Prestige Club.
Roles & Responsibility
- Plan and execute activities for Prestige Club members to support them in their AHNW prospecting activities
- Ongoing enhancement of benefits and privileges, and activities for HNW Prestige Club.
- Organize training on technical knowledge, HNW Clients engagement activities and lifestyle topics for Prestige members & TD Sales Force.
- Foster and deepen rapport with Agency and AFA Sales force to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of AHNW sales productivity and Prestige Club members.
- To support Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs HNW enquires and case management communication channel
- Involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company’s strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.
- Work with Clusters and Districts to increase awareness of the Club and retention rate of Prestige Club members through promotion of the Club benefits and privileges.
- Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
- Support in administrative, budgeting, planning and execution of activities/events with mínimal cost and work within budget allocated
- Ensure that all relevant documentations and risk assessments are in place when dealing with external vendors and customers
- Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time assigned by Company to drive growth in the AHNW business.

- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Good understanding of the insurance industry, products and Affluent and HNW segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
- Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
- Strong perseverance and desire to succeed
- Engaging personality and willingness to learn is a must
- Business development and Case management experience is good to have
