
Affluent Banking Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition by proactively prospecting and onboarding new Premier Banking clients in the onshore Singapore market.
- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with affluent clients to achieve both business and individual growth targets.
- Deliver timely market insights, investment trends, and product updates to support clients' wealth management decisions.
- Promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking and wealth solutions, including unit trusts, insurance, treasury products, and other investment offerings.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with relevant professional certifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales within the banking or financial services industry, with exposure to affluent clients preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding client acquisition and sales performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products, with the ability to provide tailored wealth solutions.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
