The Affluent Cards Product Manager role is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Affluent Cards Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion and management of Affluent Card products to increase share of market, increase cards billings and obtain competitive position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate/enhance Affluent Card product core value proposition to remain competitive yet maximize profitability
- Translate cards business acumen and product insights into customer programs that result in desired behavioral shifts and incremental card spend
- Collaborate with sales channels by communicating value and unique selling point of the card products; provide training and develop sales tools to facilitate the selling process of card
- Establish and maintain frequency of contact with key personnel within each partnership, including business meetings and casual engagements
- Work with Regional and Country counterparts to leverage digital/data analytics capabilities to better understand, manage and enhance performance of the portfolio
- Contribute to achievement of Affluent Card acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
- Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
- Identify growth opportunities to connect with customers in a forward compatible manner, engaging them through channel(s) they are transacting/constantly active in while maintaining the bank’s human touch and accessibility
- Review, develop, manage all communication channels, materials and collaterals which includes management of inventory for card plastics, welcome packs, cardmember agreements, statement messages, product page etc
- Plan, execute and manage through-the-line marketing initiatives end-to-end
- Execute changes in CVP upon refresh (customer communications, platform training, etc.) or administer adhoc parameter enhancements when required with controls in place
- Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and ensure audit readiness at all times

**Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of product management experience
- Knowledge of affluent marketing, credit cards, product development, and/or analytics is preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong team player

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
