Executive Director of Card Product Development

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Card Product Development to lead the development and execution of innovative card product strategies and plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing cutting-edge card product solutions tailored to the needs of affluent clients in Singapore and Hong Kong.
You will manage the lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early engagement and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance. Leveraging relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights, you will help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in card product development and management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive business innovation and results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess market data and identify trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different lines of business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with Master's degree preferred
