**MEP Project Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and support the Project Director in handling and monitoring the progress of project
- Support in tender exercises when needed
- Responsible for the execution of contracts or installation of projects, as well as the coordination with contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments
- Resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors, and/or related third parties
- Co-ordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings
- Daily operation of fieldwork activities and organization of subcontractors
- Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built correctly
- Project schedules and forecasts
- Interpretation of drawing for tradesmen
- Review of engineering deliverables
- Regular project status reports
- Effective communications between engineering, technical, construction, and project control groups
- Attend safety, technical, and daily site progress meetings
- Assistance to the project manager
- Attending to other Ad Hoc matters that are related to the project
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline
- At least 15 to 20 years of experience in M&E related field
- Strong MEP tender & design experience
- Completed building projects in Singapore
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Being able to start work immediately is an advantage
