The Sales Manager will find himself / herself with an exciting career in the hospitality industry. He/She will
- assist Director of Sales to increase client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the property.
- identify new markets and business opportunities, and at the same time recording sales and reviewing own sales performance while negotiating terms and agreements, and working towards closing sales.
- pro-active in gathering market and customer information, provides feedback on buying trends, and markets the property by attending trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- responsible for the quality of service and adherence to policies and procedures for the department, and helps exercising in safeguarding the hotel's propriety information.
- assist Director of Sales in preparing annual sales budget for management approval and implementing sales budget after approval.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably 2 - 3 years sales experience in hospitality. Experience in Hotels/ Serviced residences will be an advantage
- Display critical thinking and analytical skills
- Engage in service innovation initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to provide excellent service with prompt follow up actions
- Willing to work in the East

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
