**Responsibilities**:
As a successful (Regional CE Program Specialist), your success is measured by:

- Learn, Live, and Coach the One Microsoft culture and values. Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.
- Empower a culture of safety and security in global data center operations by complying with CO+I’s safety programs and policies and completing required compliance knowledge assessments.
- Develop positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

As a successful (Regional CE Program Specialist), your day-to-day work will include:

- Drive and support the development of emergency operating procedures (EOPs), methods of operating procedure (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various new data centers.
- Work and align with Global Operational Excellence team to update, improve, maintain, and implement standards, procedures, and systems; to ensure consistent safe, and reliable facility operation.
- Provide timely support for new data center commissioning and turnover process, including but not limited to, review turnover deliverables such as drawings, documents, O&M manual etc, review commissioning test script, witness commissioning test, field inspection, and attend OEM training etc.
- Knowledge sharing with newly onboarded field CE technicians to help them be familiar with Microsoft system, data center critical environment, operational procedure, and requirement, so that they can operate the respective sites independently upon handover.
- Ensure safety and security policies along with facility processes and procedures are followed to properly perform work in a safe, quality, and reliable manner in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and Microsoft requirements.
- Plan, schedule, lead and execute data centers critical environment equipment corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance in accordance with company procedures in a safe and reliable manner.
- Support data center operational incidents investigation, complete root cause analysis, share lesson learnt with others, and strive for future improvement.
- Support setting up new sites Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and assist onboarding of other conjunction systems to support CE operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years mission critical services work/applied learning experience (e.g., high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields) or equivalent experience.

While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree or technical trade certification (e.g., military, trade school), or higher education.
- Professional licenses and certifications in related fields or areas of study.
- Basic working knowledge of Data Center Environments (e.g., Power Redundancy, PDUs, Cooling, etc.).
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams.
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills.

Physical Conditions and Work Environment (onsite/remotely):

- Flexibility to work or attend meeting at on non-standard local business hours to collaborate with CE Program team in other regions.
- Flexibility to travel and work at the respective data center construction site when required to support the CE onboarding program delivery.
