**Job Title : B2C Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist
As the first hire in our sales function, the B2C Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist at

MIJ Hub offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as an individual contributor.

to leverage their extensive retail sales experience in a dynamic and innovative setting.

In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ

Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. You will

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate

**Requirements
- **Education**:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,

or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 8 years in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role, with

a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Expertise**:Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals, upsell, and

meet targets.
- **Customer Engagement**:Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building

rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at
