Your role will involve supporting shoppers through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and SMS, handling inquiries, orders, returns, and refunds. Additionally, you will provide personalized product recommendations, manage orders, drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer insights.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be familiar with platforms like Shopify and CRM tools, and demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset with a talent for recommending relevant products. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical requirements for this position include a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps, LAN required), and a personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
