Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist

Our Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting our full range of health supplements to customers. As part of our retail team, you will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on products and services.

  • This involves understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable products, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • As a specialist in sales and customer engagement, you will continuously acquire knowledge about industry trends, products, and market conditions to enhance your sales techniques and provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will also be responsible for managing after-sales services, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions and developing strong relationships with customers is crucial to encouraging repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage, but we welcome candidates without experience who demonstrate the right attitude, including a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Able to project a positive and professional image, including qualities such as kindness, cheerfulness, friendliness, and helpfulness.
