Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a charismatic and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has excellent communication skills. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding support to customers, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at booth locations within retail malls, engaging with customers and promoting our products in a friendly and professional manner.
- Approach and engage customers in a proactive and enthusiastic way, using your interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and promotions with confidence, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to customers.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, providing personalized recommendations and advice to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and company initiatives.
