Job Title: Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist

Sales operations is a key function for our business. As a sales and customer engagement specialist, you will be the main point of contact for families exploring our programs. You will lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with new families to recommend programs and drive enrollments.
  2. Build trust with customers through ongoing communication and manage their relationships effectively.
  3. Support daily center operations by ensuring classrooms are ready, preparing materials, tracking inventory, and capturing media.
  4. Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data.


Requirements:
  • At least one year's experience working with children.
  • At least one year's experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, confident presence.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems.

  • Background in education or enrichment programs.
