**Your role**
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for management of a broad range of human resources activities for BW Water Group. This position is supported by a HR manager in Philippines, and local admin and HR team, and will report to the Group CFO based in Singapore. Ability to travel within the region is necessary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a small team and responsible for all-round HR tasks.
- Be accountable for daily HR operation, such as the preparing and filing of documents, benefit administration, and monthly payroll.
- Understand and execute the end-to-end HR needs of employees and managers, balancing excellent customer service with adherence to processes and controls.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including JD drafting, job postings, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers.
- Involve in related processes of talent management, welcome/ on-boarding, and exit and provide relevant support in performance management, career development and workforce planning.
- Oversee all HR administrative matters (i.e. employment passes, benefits, payroll, rewards, vendor agreements, employee work trip and leave management).
- Responsible for HR systems & database implementation and maintenance (outsource system), and drive initiatives to support overseas offices’ operations.
- Review/ update/ create employment documents for compliance including templates, offer letter, employment contract, consulting service agreements, and other employment-related templates through working with key parties, and ensure accurate record of employment contracts, agreements and data.
- Conduct regular review and update of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance to regional and local statutory requirements.
- Responsible to maintain and regularly review the design and optimization of HR QMS procedures.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting services in an accurate, meaningful, and timely manner.
- Work with Finance for payroll processing.
- Define, standardize and streamline the group’s HR global operations procedures.
- Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes.
- Ensure team cohesion and maintain a positive overall work environment.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Participate in special projects on a local and global basis as required.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree with solid years of HR Operation experience in a fast-paced environment, excellent HR experience spanning at least 10+ years.
- Strong customer orientation in the delivery of internal services.
- Knowledgeable of local labour regulations in Southeast Asia countries.
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive business partnering and communication with international internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams rapidly and effectively.
- Strong aptitude for problem solving and the drive to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure with frequent deadlines.
- Forward-thinking ability to work under pressure and with deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information, professionally and appropriately.
- Natural talent for people leadership.
- Hand on working while coaching and developing the HR and admin team.
