The Senior Manager (HR Management) will manage the performance management portfolio to ensure staff are recognised fairly and intervention is managed timely.

The Senior Manager (HR Management) will coordinate the well-being promotion efforts in the PA to create a safe and supportive environment for staff.

**Performance Management**
- Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle which includes goal setting, mid-year and year-end appraisal.
- Facilitate the performance and potential ranking exercise across divisions in PA.
- Ensure accuracy of performance records and manage relevant system enhancements in HR system.

- Ensure timely communication of HR-related policies through engagement of stakeholders and updating of the Intranet, Staff Manual and guides.
- Support and administer the management of appeals and performance reform cases.
- Periodic review of SOPs and workflows to digitalize and streamline performance management processes.
- Periodic review of related HR policies to keep abreast of changes in national guidelines and market best practices.

**Staff Well-Being Promotion**
- Administer and integrate whole-of-government well-being promotion initiatives in PA.
- Work closely with the PA Staff Club and Wellness Ambassadors to synergise wellness promotion efforts.
- Analyse and present data relating to staff wellness and driving programmes such as the coordination of wellness related training.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ work experience in a HR portfolio preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills with positive attitude.
- Self-driven, pro-active and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Good time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of Workday system or adept at picking up IT system skills.
