**Vishay Intertechnology Asia Pte Ltd is currently seeking a full time Senior HR Manager, Operations Asia**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Streamline and improve HR operations in multiple factories in Asia.
- Support implementation of HR projects in Asia.
- Support global mobility policy initiatives and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for shared services among Asia sites.
- Perform the HR advisor role to site HR on operational HR matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in business, major in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources with 5 years of regional HR exposure
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Asia culture and labour law.
