**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Student Pass Management:
- Information and Scholarship Application Management:
- Streamline and collate lead information.
- Application Process Management:
- Admissions Process Coordination:
- Facilitate a smooth admissions process for LKCSB postgraduate programs.
- Coordinate admission and scholarship interviews.
- Manage the sending of admissions offers and other related administrative tasks.
- Event Operations Support:
- Manage event operations, including the preparation of promotional materials for outreach activities.
- Handle event setup, preparation, and registration for both on-campus and virtual information sessions.
- Ensure event details are communicated to registrants and follow up with them.
- Attend to walk-in and telephone queries regarding events.
- Outreach Capability Improvement:
- Enhancing outreach capabilities via digital systems.- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience marketing education products, wholesale and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning.
- Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of postgraduate programmes or education environment a plus.
- Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver.
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Meticulous with attention to important details.
- Pleasant personality and a strong team player.
