**About the job**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a global creative content strategy that encompasses blog posts, social media content, videos, employee testimonials, and more.
- Copywriting: Craft engaging and authentic narratives that highlight the diverse range of experiences at Synpulse, showcasing our workplace culture, projects, career development, and innovation.
- Storytelling: Transform complex concepts into relatable and engaging stories that resonate with our target audience, providing insights into life at Synpulse.
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Synpulse's tone and messaging across all content.

**About you**:

- Proven regional / global experience (5+ years) in copywriting, content creation, or employer branding.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and relatable manner.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Proven track record in Employer Branding positions, with a focus on financial services or technology sectors. Experience in management consulting or digital innovation is highly desirable.
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and ability to translate business goals to marketing strategy and execution.
- Solid collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team.
- Experience in developing copy, messaging and launching campaigns.
- Both to be able to think strategically and to be willing to be hands-on in daily execution.
