Employer Branding Manager

You will be the first hire to lead our employer brand team and efforts. This role will encompass how we present ourselves externally as well as building out our global campus/external recruitment programs.
Your role will be focused on building out an employer brand strategy and execution which means building out of content strategy, assessing opportunities to build our employer brand, and building out a careers page to showcase why we are an employer of choice.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conceive and build out our careers website by understanding our talent goals
- Create content strategy that can attract and inform those we seek to hire
- Proactively find outlets to establish our voice in the market and unique value proposition
- Work across different global teams such as People and Talent, Corporate Affairs, Internal Comms, and our employees and leaders to deliver on goals
- Work closely with Analytics team to measure the impact of the work implemented;Employ data and research to identify areas of opportunity, establish employer brand metrics, and track our performance and impact of campaigns
- This role will require managing our Glassdoor, LinkedIn, future careers website, as well as other global areas in which external talent would learn about our company
- Manage our external events recruiting strategy and identify areas in which we can maximize impact based on resources available
- Build out our external events recruitment strategy and capabilities in a cost effective manner so that we can tap into talent supply where needed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field
- Strategic thinker with a track record in project management and ability to translate business goals to marketing strategy and execution
- Solid collaborator and strong communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues across our global team
- Strong leadership, communications, and consulting abilities
- Experience in developing copy, messaging and launching campaigns
- Both to be able to think strategically and to be willing to be hands-on in daily execution
