We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Program Manager to join the APAC Business Operations team within the Data Center Delivery organization at our Singapore corporate office.

As a Program Manager, you will guide operational excellence by driving user adoption, project controls, and project management best practices across our APAC team as we implement a major updates to our system of record and the way critical infrastructure information is captured. The high-volume, high-visibility process requires timely input from cross-functional teams to ensure metrics are accurately recorded and reported. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated prior successes coordinating across multiple teams for information in a rapid-paced environment; organizes information well for others consumption; and who has previous experience with project management, project controls, and data quality. Some background (educational or professional experience) in computer science or management information systems is also required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use business requirements to understand data needs and develop/edit/run/translate queries to support those needs
- Assist in project management data validation and data clean up across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record
- Define self-service reporting solutions as needed
- Ability to work within existing dashboards and work on bugs/upgrades a plus
- Wiki content development
- User training assistance and influencing of user adoption
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- Experience building measures and metrics
- Advanced user of BI data visualization and delivery tools such as Excel, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
- Wiki development experience
- Well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure
- Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL
- Experience developing Tableau dashboards and Tableau Server
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, EMR and RDS is a plus
