**Job Scope and Responsibilities**
1) Managing and handling all our customer’s needs with impeccable customer service, through all communication channels with proper knowledge, energy and passion.
2) Performing strong-room duties such as replenishing and labelling inventories, weekly inventory checks, daily cash checks, daily safety and cleanliness checks.
3) Performing shop and cashier duties such as sales and purchase orders, purity and weight testing, sku creation, excel formulas, manning display items, and to always keep the counter experience a great one for customers. You will be expected to do the daily closing of the shop (except on your off days).
4) Communicate effectively and be pro-active to help out whenever and wherever help is needed.
5) Must be able to maintain and perform with the utmost of integrity at all times.
1) Integrity - Trust is the ultimate currency in our business. As you will be dealing and surrounded with large amounts of high value items, we will require people only of the highest integrity to join us.
2) Meticulous - The devil is in the details they always say. You will also be expected to check and recheck with your colleagues and managers before executing any orders. The difference between a few grams in this industry can mean thousands of dollars.
3) Weekend Warriors - Hate rushing during peak hours, public holidays and weekends? Join us and have your off days on non-peak days You will be expected to be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays. Your daily working hours will be from 11 am - 8 pm, with a one hour break provided during your shift. You will be entitled to two rest days per week.
4) A strong command of English and Mandarin is a must. Proficiency in other dialects such as cantonese would also be welcomed. 1-3 years of working experience from the finance/retail line is also preferable. Minimum qualifications: GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent. Salary is between 2700 SGD - 4000 SGD.
