Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing information to guests and visitors regarding the hotel facilities as well as the many various bars, restaurants, points of interest in and around Singapore. In addition, you will need to assist the guest to make the best reservations/bookings for tours, restaurants etc., deliver the Whatever/Whenever experience for our guests, prior, during and after their stay.
We are ideally looking for someone
- With a Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality related field required.
- At least one year in guest contact area.
- Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in customer-service oriented environment.
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
