
HR - Recruitment (Talent Sourcing) Executive

**Responsibilities**:
A. Recruitment (Talent Sourcing)
- Strategize, develop, plan and execute the talent sourcing program to support the business targets.
- Perform recruitment activities to source for ICT Talents for projects, as well as, to support customers’ needs.
- Participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and liaison with Institutions of Higher Learnings on job postings.
- Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to recruitment matters.
- Research and analyze the job market trends and statistics, as well as the talent pool and availability so that our HR and recruitment practices are adapted to improve business and talent needs.
B. Talent Management
- Build relationships with talents (staff) through informal meetings, networking and team building activities.
- Handle queries and feedback from staff, as well as the clients, and provide prompt response or resolutions accordingly.
- Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to talents’ and clients’ matters.
C. Other value adds
- Participate in tenders.
- Create quotations and proposals for potential requirements from clients.
- Support regional business expansion plans, when necessary.
**Requirements**:
a. A degree or professional qualification.
b. At least 2 years of working experience (preferably in the HR field). New graduates are welcome to apply.
c. Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed and result
- oriented personnel.
d. Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.
e. Proficient in English.
f. Looking for long-term career advancement within the company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
