Singapore AFPD PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for recruitment process of open positions
- Job placements on job portal
- Partner with hiring manager to shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews
- Provide feedback in hiring decision
- Execute sourcing strategy
- Prepare appointment letters or employment contracts, compile and create employee personnel files and other documents for new hires
- Ensure accurate data reporting and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner
- Administration of foreign employment contract and work pass renewal
- Submit and track expenses relating to work passes and ensure consistency in billing
- Prepare manpower and other ad-hoc reports
- Conduct new hire orientation on Talent Recruiting segment
- Conduct Exit Interview with resignee and administer exit processes
- Involve in process improvements and other HR initiatives
- Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent
- Preferrably with 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufactuing environment
- Mature, take initiatives, good organizational skill and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with different level of people
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
