In this role, you will lead and manage the Workflow Project to deliver workflow system for Life insurance operations. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head of OPEX and work closely with project stakeholders in Operations & IT that deliver a consolidated Workbench that would bring about a new way of working for insurance operations.
- Accountable for delivering the Workflow Project, ensuring is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Lead the cross functional team and develop team members
- Plan resources, solutions, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate the overall business transformation (change management)
- Regular update to Project Stakeholders, Project Working Group and project governance
