Workflow Optimization Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead/facilitate 2-3 cross-functional workflow workshops weekly to design and optimise process workflows
- Analyze pain points using Lean/Six Sigma/SCRUM methods (e.g., spaghetti diagrams, 5 Whys)
- Develop "To-Be" workflows with measurable efficiency targets
- Project manage the pilot implementations and fine-tune based on user feedback
- Prepare biweekly executive summaries on optimization progress to be presented to the management
- Conduct gap analysis and cost-benefit assessments
- Work with management such as department heads
- Monitor KPIs post-implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Business-related discipline
- 3-5 years of working experience, preferably very familiar with process improvement/project management
- Competent in corporate planning/business strategy
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working with senior management
- ACLP certification; Certified ScrumMaster will be an advantage
