**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute operational plans for retail associates.
- Manage and motivate retail associates to achieve their goals.
- Prepare and update duty roster for accurate time management.
- Coach and train retail associates on GLOB+ system usage.
- Lead by example in customer service, merchandise knowledge, and selling skills.
- Manage and improve SOP and procedures related to inventory management.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Retail Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years travel retail or retail supervisory experience.
- Professional and pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced Changi Airport environment.
