Singapore Control Risks Full time

Control Risks, a leading global risk consultancy, is looking to appoint an experienced Business Continuity leader, to be embedded within our client, a large multi-national technology firm.

**Duties will involve**:

- Lead Business Continuity Planning efforts in the region.
- Partner with cross-functional partners for regional outsourced vendor security business continuity audits.
- Assist Business Continuity Corporate Leads and Business units with business continuity plan (BCP) development by directly working with regional business unit point of contacts.
- Assist in the development and conduct of business continuity training and exercises.
- Support crisis management activations in the region.
- Raise awareness of our client’s business continuity audit standards to key third parties through development and deployment of bi-annual regional roadshows and/or train-the-trainer summits.
- Develop and present periodic BC risk maturity reports to regional senior leadership.
- Assist in preparing the organization to meet external certification requirements related to BCP (e.g. ISO 22301, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Travel will be required within the Asia Pacific region at approximately 40% of time.

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant business continuity experience
- Familiarity with auditing Contact Center operations
- Educated Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Industry certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, ISO22301
- Ability to work well in a complex, collaborative, and cross-functional global organization
- Strong leadership competencies and confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking skills, effective interpersonal skills, strong formal presentation abilities, and strong project management experience
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with strong business acumen and technical ability
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively with ambiguity and change

Preferred:

- Lead Implementer experience
- Asia Pacific business experience with a preference specifically for South East Asia experience
