Business Continuity Specialist Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Strategist to lead our organization's business continuity initiatives.

The ideal candidate will create, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization.

  • Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and drive continuous improvement to ensure operational resilience.
  • Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments with IT, security teams, and business units.
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance.
  • Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for the organization.
  • Develop and implement Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate with IT, security teams, and business units to coordinate recovery tests and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through ongoing monitoring and adaptation of continuity strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices with proven experience in leading incident response efforts.
  • Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, and coordinating with technology teams.
