As a senior IT risk management professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business continuity plans across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans, including conducting Business Impact Analyses and driving continuous improvements to strengthen operational resilience.\
  • Plan and coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security, and business units to ensure readiness and alignment across departments and head office.\
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adjusting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plan effectiveness.\
  • Lead incident response communications and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and preparedness for future disruptions.

Qualifications\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, with proven experience in incident response leadership and cross-functional team coordination.\
  • Proficient in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with strong analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure.\
  • Demonstrated leadership in team management, effective delegation, quick decision-making, and coordination with technology teams to ensure robust incident management.
