We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to ensure the bank's resilience in the face of crises, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement BCM and Operational Resilience strategies aligned with business plans and crisis management frameworks
- Design and define BCM goals, objectives, and scope
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive crisis and business continuity plans
- Act as a key coordinator during incidents, leading cross-functional response efforts
- Promote digitalization of BCM management, including adoption of tools and platforms
- Collaborate with various departments to identify resilience gaps and set Recovery Time Objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 10 to 13 years of proven experience in managing business continuity and/or operational resilience within a large organization
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in implementing BCP in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to lead effectively during crisis situations
