Business Continuity Manager

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Specialist to join our team. As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational resilience. You will also be responsible for coordinating recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
You will monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plans remain effective. Additionally, you will lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and readiness for future disruptions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices with proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively.
- Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, making quick and effective decisions, and coordinating with technology teams to ensure comprehensive incident management.
