Job Overview:

About the Role:

As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business continuity plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide training and awareness programs to staff.

You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to business continuity. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, will enable you to make a significant contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business continuity strategies to ensure the resilience of our operations

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business continuity plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to business continuity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A recognized university degree in a relevant field such as business administration, risk management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective business continuity strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
