Job Description

As a Business Continuity Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of critical business services and functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Establishing and implementing robust BCM programs, including third-party and outsourcing providers/vendors.

  2. Developing and overseeing the execution of BCM programs for business units/business expenses, including business impact analysis, recovery strategy, and enterprise-wide business continuity planning.

  3. Providing subject matter expertise on BCM to review and provide insightful advice/objective assessments to business units/business expenses on the evaluation of business impact analysis and business continuity planning.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing detection, response, resolution, and reporting of incidents that affect business operations or systems.

  • Ensuring incidents are managed effectively and efficiently to minimize business disruptions and impact.

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure business, operational, and technology resilience in incident management and business disruptions, including third-party arrangements.

You will work closely with IT stakeholders and other specialists to establish coherent business and operational resilience strategies, roadmaps, and business continuity plans to strengthen business resilience.
