1. Manage waste and recycling operations

2. Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedules

4. Handle all HR-related matters

5. Manage a team of waste and recycling collection workers

6. Manage incidents and emergencies

7. Preparation and submission of regularly scheduled reports

8. Liaise professionally with customer and stakeholders from other departments

9. Handle escalated feedback and matters from the relevant team

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in relevant field of study
