- We have immediate opening for suitably qualified personnel to augment our growing “Applications & Operations” team. You will have the opportunity to learn from maritime domain experts and work with young tech enthusiasts who are passionate in making an impact in the maritime industry.
- Responsible for handling shipping port expenses, disbursements
- Diligent input of shipment data into elxa platform
- Superb liaison and coordination with customers
- Swift attention and response to customer’s enquiries
- Close follow-up to optimize cost efficiency and maintain smooth operations to achieve excellent customer service
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirement**

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Business related or equivalent
- Some experience in vessel operations, especially in handling port expenses is advantageous but training will be provided
- Self-motivated fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and resilient
- Patient, meticulous and task oriented
