**Job Description Summary**: The Monitoring Solutions Clinical Specialist is the clinical expert for all products in the Monitoring Solutions product portfolio. Reporting to the AKA MS/DCAR Segment Leader, this role is the “go to” person for the Applications Specialists in the Zones and seeks assistance from Global Clinical leaders as needed. With deep domain expertise and understanding of the clinical environment, the Clinical Specialist assists the AKA Segment Leader in the development of the regional segment strategy helping to provide end-customer feedback and perspective.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Use deep domain expertise, market, and product knowledge to assist the AKA Segment Leaders in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies providing VOC (voice of customer) and clinical workflow insights.
- Engage directly with Segment Global Applications leaders to keep abreast of current clinical best practice as it relates to the product segment and ensure the AKA team incorporates these best practices in the region.
- Assist Zone Applications and Commercial teams with response to tenders.
- Responsible for ongoing training and education of the Zone Applications teams.
- Participate in webinar series.
- Work with customer simulation centres.
- Participate as speakers at industry association events.
- Participate in digital content creation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, medicine or another healthcare related field.
- Current registration in healthcare related field (if applicable) eg. Nursing registration.
- Healthcare product/industry acumen.
- The ability to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the healthcare industry.
- Customer facing skills and the ability to present to groups of individuals.
- Team player - collaborates well with colleagues in and outside the Zone.
- Strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in marketing or another commercial role.
- Expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding.
- Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas.
- Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
