**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

The ERP Application Specialist is an addition to our interna ERP team, with the goal of supporting and improving perpetually our ERP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, across our entire group of companies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide direct support to end users.
- Collaborate with Group (Montreal) to gather details and information for cases requiring higher support or development.
- Provide training to end users.
- Gather requirements for possible improvement projects.
- Be the voice of Group in local meetings regarding ERP, technology and business process.
- Deliver local branch of Group projects.
- Travel to Melbourne, Australia, Guangzhou and Nanjing, China, is required.

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Business-related fields.
- At least 5-7 years experience as consultant or 10-15 years as super user on Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV specifically.
- Core knowledge of the ERP is a must.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Experience in Accounting, Manufacturing and warehousing is a major asset.
- Experience with business process analysis.
- MB-800 is an asset, but not required.
