Established in 1956, SATS Security Services is the first Auxiliary Police Force in Singapore. We are the preferred choice of security service provider for both the government and private sectors. We offer a wide spectrum of armed and unarmed security services in both aviation and non-aviation sectors.

We invest in technology to enable us in providing the highest level of service delivery as we reinforce our reputation as a trail blazer in the security industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Staff key issues/concerns by working closely with Commanding Officers (CO) who oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with the security directives governed by Airport Police Division (APD), Police Licensing and Regulatory Division (PLRD), Police Force Act(PFA) and Auxiliary Police General Directive (APGD). This includes a stock take and update to CEO SSSPL of key deliberations post Morning Panel chaired by Commander/Deputy Commander
- Develop operational doctrines and plans to guide frontline officers to execute their duties professionally with pride. This include emergency preparedness, operations management and business continuity.
- Motivate, manage and supervise SATS Ops Branch staff and oversee Operations Room.
- Manage and ensures compliance with the Arming and Armoury policies.
- Continuously review and ensure training, manpower and equipping meet operational requirements.
- Conduct independent ops audit framework for Aviation, Installation and Non-Aviation deployment, including training, equipping and manpower.
- Review operational doctrines, standing orders, SOPs and conduct exercises to validate, including operational readiness of SSS staff.
- Conduct timely AAR to draw lessons and make recommendations
- Serve as main point of contact between SSSPL and authorities from SPF (PLRD, APD, CPS etc.), MHA, MOT, CAAS, CAG and any other government agency on policy and operational matters

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor degree, preferably with at least 8-year experience in Security Operations.
- Knowledge of the aviation operating environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of PLRD compliance framework for security industry is an advantage
- Strong leader with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks with tight timelines and adapt well in fast pace environments.
