Key Responsibilities:

Provides support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of customer documentation services covering account maintenance and investment products

Scans, index and archives documents
-
Creating instructions in workflow
-
Ensures email queries are addressed timely
-
Regular communications with Branch and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of concerns.

Involves in data remediation exercises
-
Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance/Business Admin
-
Candidates with 1 years of experience in banking operations will have more advantage
