Position Summary

Work jointly with marketplace manager to deliver strong revenue growth through regional marketplace partners within the region in line with annual and monthly business targets. Partners include Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon. This entails key account management to evolve the partnership, project management to define/implement/track growth programs co-defined with partners, as well as regular business development to deliver growth and expansion against short term plans to drive incremental monthly revenue.

Role and Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationship to establish stronger partnership with regional marketplace players (specifically Lazada and Shopee in our region) to ensure steady growth of our brand’s online sales and presence on their platforms.
- Formulate and gain alignment with local sales subsidiaries and regional platform partners on annual target setting and business building blocks.
- Regular tracking of performance against sales targets and online platform KPIs. In turn working with local teams and regional partners to resolve issues and to optimize performance.
- Assist to follow through on the progress and completion of strategic growth projects defined in joint business plan.
- Work with key stakeholders to define campaign revenue targets and other measurements of campaign success. Entails collation of key promotion details from local markets, such as channel plan, campaign dates, model-wise promotion list as well as analysis on competitiveness
- Through close communication with regional partners to keep abreast of the latest platform programs and tools, and to see
- Run regular checks on Samsung official store merchandising on online platforms to ensure optimal shopper journey and brand compliance, including corresponding recommendations to local sales subsidiaries.
- Liaise with other internal stakeholders (HQ, Regional product teams, etc.) to ensure their integration into overall regional marketplaces plan.

Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in ecommerce / sales within the consumer space. Some knowledge or experience in performance marketing will be an added advantage.
- Highly professional and collaborative individual who is able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with regional partners and as well as to persuade stakeholders
- Strong project management skills to be able to manage and see through completion of multiple projects.
