**Responsibilities**
- Manage Audi service SCP 2.0, Mobile Appt 2.0 and R-Safe for Audi connect to management expectations.
- Review products, processes and systems with regards to operation needs on an ongoing basis where improvements can be made.
- Prepare annual work schedule plans for 3S operation Service activities.
- Support CEM and LIS test to achieve targets set for the year.
- Implement the activities as set in the yearly business plan.
- Execute marketing promotion for aftersales activities.
- Communicate with principals on service and marketing matters.
- Manage fleet courtesy vehicles and ensure proper maintenance is performed.
- Provide guidance, training and advice to call-centre, receptionists and Customer Service Assistance team.
- Manage a team of drivers.
- Coordinate all WSH Health & Safety related issues
- Other duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in customer service as a management level staff
- Preferably from automotive background
- Basic technical knowledge in vehicles is required.
- Good business acumen with excellent problems solving skills.
- Proven track record with strong negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Positive working attitude, organised, independent, resourceful and with high level of commitment and drive.
