**Job Duties**:

- To manage all aspects of tender submission (rental, refurbishment, modification, field service engineer, spare parts for API 6A Surface Wellhead Equipment) by leading and coordinating the preparation of bid submission and setting timelines with all stakeholders.
- A strong team player and required to work with all stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Operations & Sales etc.
- Ensure all stakeholders provide information on time in response to customer’s requirements.
- Review, revise and compile all documents provided by stakeholders for compilation for final bid submission.
- Strong engagement with Costing and SCM on Pricings / Costing analysis for competitive costings.
- Work with Sales and Commercial Team to work out strategies and develop pricing presentation to Management for review.
- Manage and follow up of outstanding points/clarifications to be closed out.
- Data gathering and analysis as when required by direct supervisor.
- Manage rental tools in various locations, including CAPEX and transfer order.
- Execute service orders.
- Liaise with finance on rental and field service engineer billings.
- Other adhoc requests as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration
- Knowledge of Surface Wellhead Equipment will be preferred
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Experience in import & export procedure and incoterm.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel & MS Word
- Familiar with Syteline ERP system will be added advantage
